Can I get 'high' from these products?
No, you cannot get high from any of the products purchased on this site. All of the raw Hemp used in any of our products contain less than 1% THC - the legal limit for hemp in NSW. Low-THC plants are traditionally grown for use in agriculture, sustainable building products, clothing, oils and foods, while "weed or normal marijuana" is grown to get people high. Our Hemp is grown under license in NSW and complies with NSW regulations.
What is Cannabinol (CBD)?
Cannabidol (CBD) is a chemical compound found in Hemp and has been found to provide health benefits when inhaled or ingested regularly. Studies have found CBD interacts with neuroreceptors in your endocannabinoid system, which sends signals between your cells to help regulate your movement, mood, homeostasis and your immune system.
Low-THC Hemp naturally contains CBD.
CBD has no psychoactive properties and won’t result in users experiencing the “euphoric” high that are reported when using products containing high THC marijuana.

Are any of the products available on this website medicinal cannabis?
No, our products are not for medicinal purposes and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or illness. Our products are not intended for therapeutic use. HappyFace CBD and Hemp oils and creams are made with Hemp extracts and oils that contains under 1% THC and is regulated under the NSW licensing scheme. Before purchasing you should check the legality of these products in your state or territory.

Where can I find lab results?
We regularly test our products for pesticides and harmful substances. Our products are put through rigorous product testing to ensure the highest quality products are delivered to our customers. Whilst each of our batches are tested, by TGA regulation and Australian Law we cannot release the results of our tests. Should our customers be interested in testing the quality of our products, we encourage customers to arrange independent testing.
What are your payment options?
Direct bank transfer is available using PayID or direct debit, once payment is cleared items will be shipped and tracking numbers will be provided.
Can you provide specific health advice?
We are unable to provide health advice and recommend you perform your own research and seek independent medical advice. None of the information on this website has been evaluated by the TGA. Our products are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They are not intended for therapeutic use.
Shipping Policy
We provide flat shipping rates on all product purchases under 10 items domestically and internationally. For shipping quotes on purchases over 10 items, please contact us at happyfacemedicinal@gmail.com. We deliver our products using Australia Post. Shipping costs will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 2 and 5 business days, depending on your location.
For domestic shipping within Australia:
- Registered Post - $15 on purchases of 10 and under items.
- Express Post - $20 on purchases of 10 and under items.
- We provide free standard shipping on orders over $150 and free express shipping on orders over $250.
For International:
- Registered Post - $35 on purchases of 10 and under items.
What is your return/refund policy?
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.
